Who can manage, train, and take courses.
Owners and admins
The Discord server owner always controls the desk, including the Danger Zone. Access roles link to Discord roles and carry granular toggles. Presets are Admin, Head Trainer, Trainer, and Viewer. The owner can edit them. Discord Administrators get Admin until the owner turns that off. Manage Server only lists the server. It does not grant the desk.
Trainers
A Trainer access role can run courses and ride-alongs on the panels it includes. Per-person grants combine with those roles. A trainer for Police does not see Fire unless that panel is included.
Trainees
The owner picks a Trainee role in Settings. /trainees lists Discord members with that role who still have courses, quizzes, or ride-alongs left. An optional Trained role marks people who show up on /trained. Quizzes are taken on the website, with a new question and answer order on every attempt.
