What each desk page is for.
Overview
Each server has panels. Staff is created with the desk. The owner can add departments such as Police, Fire/EMS, or a custom name. Free includes 2 panels. Premium removes that cap. The switcher is tabs on a wide screen and a dropdown on a phone. Counts and the activity chart follow the open panel. Free servers see 7 days. Premium servers see 30.
Courses, quizzes, and practicals
Admins build courses. Everyone with access can take published quizzes. Trainers grade ride-alongs from the practicals page.
Records and members
Trainers search the record book and export CSV. Admins see stored members, pick the trainer role, and read the audit log. The owner picks the Trainee role, and an optional Trained role, in Settings so the bot can list them.
Automations and settings
Automations run on pass or fail. Settings hold channels, the pass mark, attempt limits, the Trainee and Trained roles, and, on Premium, embed branding and the bot nickname.
