TRAINLY stores the data it needs to run a training desk.
- Your Discord id, username, and avatar.
- Server and role data Discord returns for the communities you open.
- Training records, including the member, the course, the score, the date, and the trainer.
- Quiz results, including the attempt, the score, and whether it passed.
An account can also store an optional email, a theme, and a user agent for each signed-in browser so you can revoke that session. Public profiles show only what the member leaves visible. Scores and trainer names can be hidden from the account page.
The demo login uses a local user and does not contact Discord. When Discord credentials are set, sign-in uses the Discord OAuth screen.
