The TRAINLY name, logo, website design, text, graphics, code, and bot are owned by TRAINLY and protected by copyright.

Do not copy, reproduce, resell, clone, or scrape TRAINLY. Do not create a derivative or look-alike service. Written permission from TRAINLY is required before any of that.

You keep ownership of the content you create, including courses and quizzes. You grant TRAINLY a license to host and display that content so the service can run.

To report infringement, open the support server at https://discord.gg/KXjDbxajh7 and include the items below. This is a basic takedown process in the style of a DMCA notice.

• Your name and a way to reach you on Discord.
• The work you own, and the TRAINLY page or record where it appears.
• A statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner.

TRAINLY may remove content that appears to infringe. TRAINLY may also suspend the account that posted it.
